Quotes and enquiries are normally dealt with during core hours or ad hoc times.

If you have whatsapped us outside of core hours and are happy to wait until we are next online for a response then we recommend sharing your email address as sometimes we will respond to messages at unconventional times of day.

If you are unable to wait and require an urgent response then, if we are able, then we are happy to assist. There is usually a £50 charge for an urgent quote or response. The fee is purely to expedite our response to an urgent enquiry. It does not include any legal or notarial services and cannot be offset against future notarial work.

If you require an urgent quote then please contact us over whatsapp including details of your time frame, particularly if in addition to an urgent quote you are likely to require an urgent or out of hours appointment.

If we are able to assist then we will confirm and if you wish to proceed then you should:-

1. Send over the documents for the quote
2. Check you are happy with our terms and conditions and complete an instructions form
3. Make payment of the £50 urgent fee either by electronic transfer to Account Name – MY NOTARY PUBLIC LTD; Sort – 60-83-71; Account – 69812507 or using a card.
4. Notify us 

Please do not make payment unless we have confirmed that we can assist.

Urgent matters should not be confused with Out of Hours services. If you require an appointment outside of our core hours there would usually be an out of hours charge in addition to the standard notary fee.
