This page is designed to give you an idea of pricing for documents that are to be signed, sworn, or declared in front of a notary. The pricing also applies to other notarial attestations. If a recipient requires a true copy of a piece of ID to include an attestation on a form then these fees would also apply.

The fees assume:-

1. The document is complete. All sections have been completed except for the signature / date / notary section.
2. Any schedules or attachments referred to in the document are present.
3. The signatory either drafted the document or has read and understood it.
4. The signatory is signing in their own name (not as a representative of a company or other person).
5. The document is in English and the signatory speaks English
6. Donor will bring acceptable ID (please check the list. The identity requirements may differ depending on the document).

The pricing is a guide. Quotes will only be provided following sight of the actual document, confirmation of your requirements, and confirmation of the identity documentation you will bring.

• Base appointment cost = 1 client- £70
• 2nd or additional client +£20
• Single page attestation +£30
• 2-4 page attestation+ £40
• Document more than 4 pages +£4 per page
• Witness required +£20 (with you supplying the witness who should not be related to the any party to the transaction nor a member of their household)
• Document attachments or exhibits +£5/ exhibit
